And it is Baileys Red Leches Cake
First, let us tell you how to do and show you the list of essential ingredients.

Yield: 1 9-inch square cake
1 pint strawberries, sliced 1 cup flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt ¾ cup white sugar 3 large eggs ⅓ cup milk
Soak and Topping:1 ½ cups Baileys Red Velvet Liqueur, divided 2 cups heavy cream, divided 1 cup evaporated milk 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature 2 tablespoons white sugar

You have to Soak the cake in a combo of cream, evaporated milk, and we shall use the Baileys Red Velvet Liqueur to infuse this dessert with rich flavor. By this way, we will give it a gorgeous pink hue.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; and line the bottom with a parchment paper square.
Use a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Do not forget to put a medium bowl by using an electric mixer on high speed, beat the sugar and eggs until very light and fluffy. This operation will take only 5 to 7 minutes.
We will have to add half of the dry ingredients.
Beat them on low speed just to blend.
Beat in the milk, then the remaining dry ingredients, just until blended.
Transfer to the cake pan; smooth the top.
Bake until the top springs back when pressed and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This operation will take only 25 to 30 minutes.
Let it cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, just whisk 1 & 1/4 cups Baileys, 1 cup cream, evaporated milk, and vanilla.
Also, we have to use a skewer, poke a lot of holes all over the cake, all the way to the bottom.
Please, remember; we shall pour half of the Baileys mixture over the cake and let stand for a little time. It will take 10 minutes.
Again, pour the remaining Baileys mixture over and let it cool completely.
At the end of this step, we shall cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to 2 days.
At this time, we will have to run a knife around the edge of the pan.
Place a plate on top of the pan; after that, carefully invert the cake onto the plate; remove the parchment paper.
In your medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
After all, beat in the remaining 1/4 cup Baileys Red Velvet.
Beat in the remaining 1 cup cream until firm peaks form.
Spoon on top of the cake. Top with strawberries.
